The L-functions of twisted Witt extensions

The L-function of a non-degenerate twisted Witt extension is proved to be a polynomial. Its Newton polygon is proved to lie above the Hodge polygon of that extension. And the Newton polygons of the Gauss-Heilbronn sums are explicitly determined, generalizing the Stickelberger theorem.

L-functions of regular coverings of graphs

Let π1 : K H , π2 : H G and π2π1 : K G be three finite regular coverings of graphs, and let σ be a representation of the covering transformation group of π1. Holomorphic L-functions on Coverings of Strongly Pseudoconvex Manifolds

In this paper we will show how to construct holomorphic Lp-functions on unbranched coverings of strongly pseudoconvex manifolds. Also, we prove some extension and approximation theorems for such functions.
